Sky and SES Astra have moved a number of channels around, as a result the transponder that we and a lot of other manufacturers have chosen as a tracking frequency has changed.
This has resulted in the need to update the tracking frequency in the antenna, as a lot of systems have stopped locating the satellite due to this.
We are very sorry, but we have no control over this, but we have worked tirelessly to fix this and you can find the fixes below.
We have two types, a Gen 4 and a Gen 5, if you control box looks like the picture below, then you have a Gen 4, if it doesn’t it is a Gen 5.

For the Gen 5 fix, you will require a USB stick and the file relevant to your antenna model, you can find this on the side of the dome. If you are unsure still, then please contact us.
